This poster features a prominent London landmark and as a group the posters form a continuous image. The Blackfriars Bridge image also features the relatively new ‘Walkie-Talkie’ building (officially 20 Fenchurch Street) which has been a controversial addition to London’s skyline.
Paul Catherall, the renowned linocut artist has been commissioned by London Transport Museum and Transport for London to produce a series of posters to celebrate the Mayor of London’s ‘#London is Open’ campaign.
