About the artist

Paul Catherall is a London-based printmaker and illustrator who is well known for his portrayal of London landmarks, particularly their skyline. He has spent ten years in advertising, design and publishing. He is inspired by commercial art from the 1930s to the 1960s and uses linocuts to capture his distinctive style. Paul Catherall has designed many posters for Transport for London since 2007.
