The Underground Film Map was produced in partnership with Film London and the BFI London Film Festival, and is a unique reinterpretation of the famous London Underground Map with all the station names changed to represent the past 70 years of films shot on location at or near London Underground Stations. The majority of the stations represent films but in some instances famous British TV series have been represented or the station is named after a famous actor, director, producer or cinematographer born near the Underground Station.

The Underground Film map represents a plethora of the Capital's film history with cinematic and broadcast icons used to plot a new Underground map star constellation.
London is one of the world's most popular cities for film-makers and on average there are approximately 35 crews shooting on location in the capital every day.
